Zion's Ministry

       Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church & School is a congregation of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).  The Wisconsin Synod, started in 1850 in the state of Wisconsin, currently has congregations in every state and carries out mission work in many foreign countries.  As a member of this church body, we are...

• Christ-centered - we preach Jesus Christ, the crucified and risen Lord, the only Savior for all the people of the world.  Through his perfect life, innocent suffering and death, we have the forgiveness of sin.  The blessings of his forgiveness benefit us through faith graciously worked in our hearts through the Holy Spirit.
• Bible-believing - we teach that the Bible in its entirety is the true, inerrant, and inspired word of God.  We believe the Bible is the only authority for Christian faith and life.  We aim to share God's word in all its truth and purity.
• Caring congregation - we offer spiritual support, friendship, Christian counsel, Christ-like love, and biblical direction.  The people of our congregation care about other people--and that means you!
